Ellen Petrino, former Principal and Senior Consultant at Mercer, joins XTP Implementation Services, Inc. as a Senior Advisor. Ellen will support XTP’s growth plans in the U.S., closely working together with Managing Director Ian Leverich and Executive Chairman Bill Conlin.

Ellen spent her whole career in investment consulting. She was a Founding Partner and Senior Consultant of Evaluation Associates, a US-based investment consulting firm that was acquired by Mercer in 2011. Ellen continued working at Mercer as an executive until 2019.

During her professional career, she gained extensive experience in manager research, custodian searches, OCIO/advisory/internal CIO decisions, and consulting on investment strategy/asset allocation recommendations. Since 2020, she serves as the Board Treasurer of the World Foundation for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts and holds several other board and Finance Committee roles at U.S. foundations and endowments.
